Please read these terms and conditions carefully before joining the mentorship program. By proceeding, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to the terms outlined below, which are in place to ensure a fair and productive experience for both parties.

By joining or engaging with this mentorship program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not proceed.
This mentorship program is operated by Awonke Mnotoza and is intended solely to provide personalized one-on-one mentorship for software engineers.
The following information is collected from mentees for the sole purpose of public display on the platform, to demonstrate that the program has real mentees:
This information will never be sold, shared, rented, or disclosed to any third party under any circumstances. Any other information shared during sessions is strictly confidential and will never be misused or shared in any way that violates the mentee's privacy.
The cost of each session is R500.00 per hour. Payment must be made directly to Awonke Mnotoza at least 12 hours before the session takes place. If payment is not received within this time, the session will be automatically cancelled. All payments are non-refundable once the session has been completed.
Should you wish to extend the session for an additional hour or more, payment for the additional time must be made during the current session. Extensions are subject to Awonke Mnotoza's availability at the time of the session.
The hourly rate is subject to change at any time at Awonke Mnotoza's discretion. For existing mentees, a notice of at least one month will be provided before any price change takes effect. New mentees will be informed of the current rate at the time of joining.
Both the mentee and Awonke Mnotoza may cancel or reschedule a session, provided that notice is given at least 12 hours before the scheduled session. This allows sufficient time for both parties to plan and reschedule accordingly. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the session by the mentee may not be accommodated.
Should Awonke Mnotoza cancel a session at least 12 hours before the scheduled time, the mentee will receive a full refund of the amount paid. Should Awonke Mnotoza cancel less than 12 hours before the scheduled session, the mentee will receive a full refund plus an additional 5% of the amount paid as compensation for the inconvenience caused.
You agree to provide accurate information, to make payment before each session, and to engage respectfully throughout the mentorship program.
These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time at Awonke Mnotoza's discretion. Any changes will never go unannounced. All existing mentees will be notified of any updates in advance, ensuring they have sufficient time to review and accept the new terms before they take effect. No changes will be enforced without the mentee's knowledge and acknowledgment. Continued participation in the mentorship program after being notified of the changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
